This form should be completed in detail for any trip/event that your society, club or student group have planned. PLEASE SUBMIT THIS FORM AT LEAST 7 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO ANY PLANNED TRIP OR EVENT, OR 15 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO ANY PLANNED TRIP OR EVENT WHERE ANY EXTERNAL SPEAKER IS ATTENDING. (Anyone who is not a member of the society is an external attendee) Please be advised that you should not book/pay for anything until your trip/event has been approved by Beds SU staff and a signed form has been returned to you. Beds SU will not reimburse any expense lost if an event/trip is not authorised, even if you have already paid.
